The Color Run

I did the Color Run with my client Rosemary, and it was AWESOME!  Every "k" you go through color stations where people throw powdered paint at you.  It was really fun.  Its barely exercise, because the run slows down a bit at the stations, but everyone was having fun, whether they were running or walking.  At the end Rosemary and I had our children throw paint at us, and that was probably my favorite part.  My youngest daughter was COVERED in paint at the end, and she was thrilled.  I think I'll have to do this one again next year.......
