I'm teaching boot camp for free on Friday, May 11th from 6:30-7:30am at Lower Woodland soccer field #2. Bring some weights (5-8lb) if you have them, and a mat if you don't want to lay on the ground for ab work. We'll be doing an obstacle course, and a full-body workout using weights, and bodyweight.
