Sunny workout!

What a beautiful day we had today!  We had a great workout in the sun, which we haven't seen much of in Seattle lately.  First we ran to the stairs, and did some stairs, to get everybody's heart rate up.  Next we did the following:
Burpies!

Old school jumping jacks!

Bear crawl

Lunges

Squat cross jabs

Undercuts

Side kicks (focus on the core!)

Butt burners

Lateral jumps

Fast feet!

Squat jumps

Working on those arms!

Mountain climbers

Time for abs: Bicycle

Bridge

Butt lifts

Swimmer

Plank

Stretching: Booty queen

Hamstring stretch
